FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the study of materials by determining their physical properties, namely, to the study of droplets of spraying fuel, and can be used to determine the size of droplets, their speed of movement, the concentration of droplets and the opening angle of the sprayed flow. The stand for the study of the process of spraying coal-water fuel contains a metal cylindrical body, which is horizontally mounted on supports. The ends of the case are covered with lids. Through the first end lid, a part of a metal bracket is inserted into the housing along its axis, on which a fuel container and a pump are fixed, and a pneumatic-mechanical nozzle is fixed at the end of the bracket, connected by a pipeline to the pump, which is connected to the fuel container by a pipeline. Above the bracket in the first end lid, the first viewing window is made, equipped with a door with darkened glass. An air compressor is placed outside the housing, connected by pipelines through the first pressure regulator and the first pressure gauge to the pump connected to the nozzle. The air compressor is connected to the nozzle by pipelines through the second pressure regulator and the second pressure gauge. In the upper part of the housing above the nozzle, at angles of 45 degrees with respect to the bracket, the second and third viewing windows are made. Outside, a frame consisting of longitudinal and transverse power beams connected to each other is attached to the sides of the housing. A cross-correlation video camera is mounted on the frame above the second viewing window. A pulsed laser is fixed above the third window. The air supply nozzle is located on the optical axes of the pulsed laser and the cross-correlation video camera. The optical axis of the cross-correlation video camera is located at an angle of 90 degrees to the optical axis of the pulsed laser. The cross-correlation video camera and the pulsed laser are connected to a signal synchronizer that is connected to a personal computer that is connected to a cross-correlation video camera. In the upper part of the housing, closer to the second end lid, there is a hole in which an exhaust fan connected to a power source is mounted. A hole for draining spent fuel is made in the housing under the bracket. A hose with a tap for water supply is inserted into the housing through the second end lid. A hydraulic lifting mechanism is installed under the housing closer to the second end lid.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of studying the process of spraying water-coal fuel.
