SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to a device for fragmentation and extraction of sequesters. Device for fragmentation and extraction of sequesters comprises jaws, clamping plates, a thrust handle, a movable disk handle movable to the thrust handle, a cylindrical spring configured to be compressed when the movable disc handle moves to the thrust handle, a clamping bushing configured to expand when the movable disc handle moves to the thrust handle, and a plate spring. Jaws are made with X-shaped intersection, with possibility of expansion under action of plate spring at movement of disk movable handle to thrust handle, and clamping plates are made with possibility of closing at expansion of branches under action of plate spring.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables to provide fragmentation and extraction of sequesters in the process of transfistula sanitation of closed cavities of complex shape, in the presence of clots and purulent-necrotic masses in them.
