SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and may be used in therapeutic operative bronchoscopy. Device for the mechanical obturation of a bronchial lumen with the use of a bronchoscope comprises a hollow polymer tube, a pusher and an obturator. Tube is movable in the bronchoscope canal. Pusher is arranged on the side of an inlet into the bronchoscope’s canal and comprises a movable rod provided with a ring handle on a proximal end. Obturator is made of an elastic material with shape memory and is placed in polymer tube on the side of its distal end in a compressed state. When free, the obturator is characterized by a cone-shaped longitudinal section and provided with a ligature extended along its full length with the ligature ends delivered into a polymeric tube from a proximal end of the obturator.

EFFECT: possibility of convenient, quick and simple endoscopic mechanical obturation of bronchial defects with reduction of risks of injures of intact bronchial sites.
