FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: specified task is achieved by selecting the optimal ratios of components, changing the parameters of the synthesis and due to the fact that the water-based acrylic polymer for the cement composition includes 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid, N,N-dimethylacrylamide, acrylic acid, calcium hydroxide, ammonium peroxodisulfate, and additionally contains N-vinylpyrrolidone at the following component ratio by wt. %: 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid 24-32; N,N-dimethylacrylamide 6.6-10.2; acrylic acid 0.5-1.0; calcium hydroxide 4.38-7.24; ammonium peroxodisulfate 0.2-0.27; N-vinylpyrrolidone 0.5-1.0. The method for obtaining this polymer is carried out by heating the reaction mass from 65-77°C, holding the reaction mixture in the temperature range of 70-77°C, followed by drying. The use of this polymer for the production of cement compositions with high hydrophilicity, high adhesive properties and thermal stability is also described.
EFFECT: obtaining an acrylic polymer with a short polymerization time, which provides decreased water loss and water separation with increased thermal stability.
