FIELD: oil production.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a special polymerization method, which allows for obtainment of polymer compositions, which can be used, in particular, for modification of rheological properties and adjustment of water yield during production, and which have improved heat resistance. The method for the production of polymer includes stages of (E) micellar radical polymerization, at which, in an aqueous medium (M), monomers (m1) soluble or dispersed in the specified aqueous medium (M), called hydrophilic monomers, are brought into contact with monomers (m2) in the form of a micellar solution, namely containing, in a dispersed state in the medium (M), micelles containing these monomers (m2) called hydrophobic monomers. Moreover, the specified monomers (m1) and/or (m2) include cross-linking monomers (mR) having at least two ethylene unsaturation. At least one radical polymerization initiator preferably soluble or dispersed in water has at least one radical polymerization adjuster. The method additionally includes a stage (E2) after the stage (E), at which polymers obtained at an output of the stage (E) are grounded, as a result of which polymers in the form of dispersed particles are obtained. Concentration of monomers (mR) is from 100 wt. ppm to 1000 wt. ppm, preferably from 200 to 600 wt. ppm, of the total weight of all monomers present in the medium (E). Polymer in the form of dispersed particles, microgel, and the use of microgel as a modifier of rheological properties and a filtration reducer in an underground reservoir, at a temperature of more than or equal to 150°C, and as a modifier of rheological properties and/or a filtration reducer in an underground reservoir in the field of oil recovery are also claimed.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows for development of new compositions suitable for change in rheological properties and/or control of processes of filtration or permeability of rocks during exploration or oil or gas production.
