FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed silicone hydrogel for ophthalmic devices formed from a reaction mixture comprising a silicon component; component containing sulfonic consisting of non-polymerizable hydrophobic polymerizable sulfonic acids and cation, and a hydrophilic component. It is proposed as a contact lens from mentioned silicone hydrogel.
EFFECT: allows to obtain the claimed hydrogel contact lenses having anionic properties that improve the absorption of the lens lysozyme.
