SUBSTANCE: universal power complex provides increased multifunctionality by using a frame supporting a load block connected by means of a cable to the attachment point for the exercise, which is then engaged with the movable block using an extension cable. The sockets in the frame that accept the device provide the possibility of placing the movable block in almost any place desired by the athlete, providing a wide range of exercises using the load block. Free weights, elastic bands and a load block individually or in combination can provide variable resistance. Decorative panels, optionally installed with hollow-head bolts, each of which has an axial recess for receiving and holding the rivet for installing the panel, can mask the universal power complex when not in use.
EFFECT: extension of the range of loading equipment.
