FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of energy use of solid carbon-containing waste during processing into a combustible synthesis gas, in particular to a plant for gasification of carbon-containing waste. The installation includes a housing covered with a heat-insulating material, while a loading flap for filling raw materials is located in the upper part of the housing. Also in the upper part of the housing there is an outlet fitting designed to drain the synthesis gas into the condenser to remove excess moisture, to which a condensate trap is connected, while the finished synthesis gas exits through a branch pipe located behind the condenser. In addition, in the lower part of the housing there is a grate and an unloading flap for removing ash residue. Moreover, the installation contains a steam generator connected through a collector for steam supply to steam injectors located below the grate, while heating the gasification chamber is carried out by means of an electric heater, on which a voltage regulator is installed, which allows adjusting the heating temperature of the feedstock to 1273K.
EFFECT: increased caloric content of the synthesis gas, increased environmental safety of the synthesis gas, as well as improved tightness of the technological design of the gasifier.
