SUBSTANCE: method for producing milk foam with a controlled temperature is carried out as follows. Milk from at least one container (12, 14) and supplied air are sucked by pump (20) in the form of a milk-air mixture. The mixture is heated and converted into milk foam on the pressure side of pump (20) in flow heater (28), made in the form of a thick-film heater having an electric resistive element with a controlled temperature, and pumped to outlet (36). In the milk-air mixture, back pressure is created upstream with the help of throttle device (32), and pressure drop is created downstream. Device (1) for producing milk foam with a controlled temperature is proposed, including pump (20) for pumping milk from at least one container (12, 14) in pipeline (16, 34) to outlet (36), air supply device (22) for supplying air to pipeline (16), flow heater (28) and throttle device (32). Flow heater (28) is located on the pressure side of pump (20), and throttle device (32) is located downstream from flow heater (28). Flow heater (28) is made in the form of a thick-film heater having an electric resistive element with a controlled temperature.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides the production of milk foam with a controlled temperature, the consistency and quality of the foam (the uniformity of the distribution of smaller bubbles in milk foam) are improved compared to known methods and devices.
