FIELD: electric power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electric power engineering, namely to tension collet clamps for electric wires and cables of overhead power transmission lines. The clamp consists of a body 1 with a threaded end 2, a cone collet 3 facing towards the body 1 with the wide base 4, and a coupling 5 with a beginning section 6 with an internal thread 7, transitioning into the end section 8 with a conical cavity intended for the cone collet 3 to be installed therein and made following the shape of the external surface thereof. Elements 9 are made on the outer surfaces of the coupling 5 and on the central part of the surface of the body 1, e.g., a special nut for fastening using a wrench.
EFFECT: clamp is used in eliminating emergency situations occurring at open electric power facilities, wherein complex and high-priced pressing equipment is not required.
