FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: clamp consists of an anchor 1 with an eye 5 and a housing 6 with a shank 7 for pressing the wire 4 going into the tail 8. The housing 6 is made of an aluminium alloy, into which composition alloyed additives, such as copper, silicon, nickel, zirconium, are introduced. The housing 6 and the anchor 1 have openings 9, 2, the diameters of which are equal: dop.=(1.04÷1.28)dcom., and the end of the anchor 1 is configured with the grooves 10 made with protrusions 11 (the protrusions 11 are made at an angle α=15°÷40°). The design and functional parameters of the clamp are calculated and/or selected from certain ratios and limits.
EFFECT: claimed dead-end compression clamp for fastening high-temperature wires of aerial transmission lines is characterized by high operational reliability, constructive and technological simplicity, ease and convenience of installation.
