The substance of the invention consists in the fact that for direct measurement of the rate and depth of carbonisation of concrete in structures, holes are drilled over the entire area at certain distances, the walls whereof are treated with a solution of a universal indicator, and said parameters of carbonisation and the durability of the structure are determined by the distribution of colours along the depth of the hole.

EFFECT: provided is possibility of determining the rate and depth of carbonisation, as well as the time resource of the reinforcement and the overall durability of the structure.
