FIELD: television surveillance.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic television surveillance, which is carried out by a computer system by television camera with all-round view in a region closer to a hemisphere, that is, in solid angle of 360 degrees on azimuth and tens of degrees on elevation angle. Television camera has two sensors: "ring" and an additional photodetector, which is a "rectangular" (matrix) sensor mounted on the electromechanical turret and a beam splitter, located at the output of the panoramic lens, wherein beam splitter comprises in-series and optically connected semitransparent mirror, collective lens, reflecting mirror and additional lens, wherein input of beam splitter is optically connected to input of semitransparent mirror. Matrix photodetector, as well as the "ring" sensor, is made using CMOS technology.
EFFECT: technical result is increased resolution of separately observed fragments of "ring" frame.
