FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of information technology and is intended to create management decisions in a manufacturing and logistical complex based on a logistical intelligent information system. The logistical intelligent information system consists of four blocks: information and reference block; accounting and logistical block; intelligent block; display and cartography block. Information support in form of collection of data on objects, processes, connections, generation of databases is executed by the information and reference block. Mathematical substantiation based on the rules of logistics (manufacturing, warehouse, transport, information, inventory management and personnel management logistics), is executed by the accounting and logistical block. Intelligent support is executed in the intelligent block by presenting tested and verified alternatives to solutions based on expert systems and stored in a knowledge database. The display and cartography block images the received information and data to control the stages of decision making and represents a resulting subject-oriented model of the working document (the component part thereof) used by the operator or the DM to control the technological and logistical processes in the manufacturing and logistical complex.

EFFECT: automated creation of directive, graphic management decisions by operators and, subsequently, by a decision maker (DM) in a manufacturing and logistical complex (MLC).
