FIELD: electrical equipment; oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of oil and gas, in particular to electric heaters used for thermal treatment of tubing to eliminate paraffin and hydrate deposits in production wells and, in particular, for recovery of non-working blocked wells. Flow well heater comprises drive hydraulic motor, multiplier, synchronous current generator and heating element, which are separate modules, connected in series by means of coupling connections in tubing string inside well. At that, drive hydraulic motor is represented by screw-down engine of standard design converting energy of liquid flow into mechanical energy of rotation at passage in its inner cavities of flushing fluid. At that, in the screwed downhole motor housing additionally there are flushing openings intended for continuous circulation through them and the above internal channels of the flushing liquid and removal of melted paraffin and hydrate deposits together with it.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of power inputs, increase in reliability and efficiency of downhole heater due to design simplification, increase of efficiency, increase of heat emission, and also provision of independent operation of flow downhole heater.
