FIELD: petrochemical industry, hydrogen energy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of petrochemical industry, hydrogen energy. A reactor for producing nanofibrous carbon and a hydrogen gas mixture is described, containing a double-walled horizontal cylindrical chamber for the catalytic pyrolysis of processed hydrocarbons, made with the possibility of connection with devices intended for the operation of the reactor, including an outer casing, forming with the inner casing a space for heating it with thermal gases, a mixing device, located inside the heated reaction zone formed by the inner body of said chamber, wherein the mixing device is made in the form of an assembly of mixing elements mounted on a hollow shaft kinematically connected to the electric motor, the outer body of said chamber is provided with a means for introducing thermal gases connected to the heat generator, and a branch pipe for output of thermal gases, and the inner body of the said chamber is provided with a branch pipe for input of processed hydrocarbons, connected to the block of their supply, means for input of catalyzate ora, a branch pipe for the output of the resulting hydrogen gas mixture and a means for the output of the resulting nanofibrous carbon, while the means for introducing thermal gases contains at least three swirlers of the gas flow, an assembly of mixing elements, each of which is made in the form of a drum with a fleecy surface, installed on a hollow shaft with eccentricity relative to the reactor axis and with the possibility of moving during rotation relative to the reactor axis in the transverse and vertical directions along a concentric trajectory close to the wall of the said reactor chamber, while the hollow shaft of the agitator is made crankshaft, the ends of which are inside connected with it a crank with an axis of rotation coinciding with the axis of the said reactor chamber, to ensure concentricity of the movement of the hollow shaft with drums relative to the axis of the reactor, while the cranked hollow shaft is mounted on magnetic and thrust radial bearings in the side covers at the ends of the mentioned chamber and is kinematically connected by means of a magnetic coupling with an electric motor drive, in addition, the outer surface of the inner body of the said chamber, on which the heat exchange intensifiers are mounted, is connected to the inner surface of the outer body of the said chamber by means of fasteners.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of mixing, ensuring a low noise level during the operation of the reactor.
