METHOD FOR ESTIMATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF REHABILITATION MEASURES IN PATIENTS WITH IMMOBILITY SYNDROME Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61B5/02

Abstract RU 2755583 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to rehabilitology. An ECG is recorded for 5 minutes. The following HRV indicators are determined and estimated: SDNN, rMSSD, pNN50%, VLF, LF. The dynamics of the HRV indicators are analysed. A decrease in the values of the HRV indicators indicates an augmentation of the immobility syndrome. An increase in the values of the HRV indicators indicates a decrease in the immobility syndrome.

EFFECT: allows estimation of the effectiveness of rehabilitation measures in patients with immobility syndrome due to estimation of the dynamics of the most significant indicators of heart rate variability.
