FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for producing a composite part, to a system for producing a composite part, as well as to a non-short-term computer-readable data carrier. In one of examples, a method for producing a composite part is proposed, according to which, based on the part specification, material layers are cut in the given sequence, and layers are placed to obtain a stack. For each layer, after the layer placement and before cutting the following layer in the given sequence, according to the invention: (i) scanning is performed along the layer length to determine an image, (ii) at least two layer edges are determined based on the image, (iii) the measured width is determined at places along the layer length based on the specified edges, (iv) the measured width at each place is compared with the target width at the same place, (v) a decision is made based on the performed comparison, whether the production process should be adjusted, and (vi) if the specified decision is adjustment of the production process, the following adjustment of the production process is carried out based on the performed comparison. The target width in each place is indicated in the part specification.
EFFECT: claimed group of inventions provides for an increase in mechanical properties of obtained products.
