SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of washing and cleaning premises, in particular, to electromechanical apparatuses for washing windows. The automated apparatus for washing windows is comprised of a window frame with a glass, a lifting mechanism, a washing liquid supply mechanism, and a control unit. The lifting mechanism includes two vertical guides fixed parallel on the outside along the edges of the window frame, a toothed belt is located inside each vertical guide, put on the upper and lower toothed pulleys, the upper toothed pulley is connected with an electric motor. The toothed belt is closed by an aluminium fork whereto the brush of the glass cleaner is attached, containing a magnet. Provided at the bottom and top of the left vertical guide are end switches for switching the polarity of the electric motors and deactivating the apparatus. A nozzle is installed in the centre of the upper profile of the window frame. The washing liquid supply mechanism consists of a channel for supplying the washing liquid to the nozzle, a pump and a tank with washing liquid. The window washing process is activated by means of the control unit, also regulating the amount and time of supplying the washing liquid.

EFFECT: simplifying the washing process by automatic supplying washing liquid.
