SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and cryogenic systems and can be used in steam generating systems and devices. In a heat exchanger containing an input collector connected to the inputs to parallel channels of various lengths heated by an external coolant, the outputs of the parallel channels are connected to the output collector to mix individual streams of the working product and the length of the first half of the parallel channels differs from the length of the second half of the parallel channels by half the wavelength of the natural pressure fluctuations of the working product in parallel channels, while the internal volumes of all parallel channels are the same. The heat exchanger can additionally contain an intermediate collector, the output cavity of which can be connected to additional parallel channels, while the intermediate collector can contain a partition, and additional parallel channels can have different diameters of the passage section and different lengths, differing by half the wavelength of the natural pressure fluctuations of the working fluid in additional parallel channels, while the internal volumes of all additional parallel channels are the same.

EFFECT: decrease in the total amplitude of pressure pulsations and the flow rate of the working product in the output collector.
