FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the power machine building and cryogenic systems, and can be used in steam generating systems and devices. In the device containing throttle washers, installed at the inlet and outlet, with three characteristic sections of economizing, transient and heating gas, said tasks are solved by the fact that the economizing section has a cross-sectional area increasing along the length from the inlet to the outlet by the value of the corresponding cross-sectional area of the vapor phase in the boundary layer, as well as by the fact that at the economizing section the cross-section area increases from the inlet to the outlet by the value of the corresponding cross-sectional area of the boundary layer, multiplied by the coefficient N, where 0.05≤N≤1 for liquid media with a boiling point equal to or higher than 353 K, and 1≤N≤4 for liquid media with boiling point lower than 353 K.

EFFECT: tasks of the invention are to increase in the heat carrier operation efficiency and flow stability in the steam generating channels.
