SUBSTANCE: proposed flowmetre comprises first flow tube 210a to carry first flow of medium, second flow tube 210b to carry second flow of medium, common setting device 216 configured to initiate oscillations of tubes 210a and 210b, and three strain gage transducers 218, 219a and 219b connected to measuring hardware. Common strain gage transducer 218 is arranged between tubes 210a and 210b, first independent strain gage transducer 219a is connected with first tube 210a, while second strain gage transducer 219b is connected with second tube 210b. Second flow of medium is impendent of aforesaid first flow. Strain gage 218 and first strain gage transducer 129 a generate first vibration response of first tube 210a, while strain gage 218 and first strain gage transducer 129b generate second vibration response of second tube. First and second responses are used to determine characteristics of first and second flows.
EFFECT: simultaneous measurement of two independent flows without separate flowmetres.
