FIELD: timber, pulp and paper industries.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the forest and pulp and paper industries and can be used for producing fluffed pulp from both coniferous and deciduous wood to manufacture single-use hygiene products: diapers and women's sanitary pads. The method is carried out by using cellulose from deciduous or coniferous species, bleached in one stage, with humidity of 5-9%, which is crushed by dissolving the web aerodynamically for 35-50 seconds into a combination of fibers with a length of 0.5-1.5 mm from 70 to 58% and fibers with a length of more than 1.5 mm from 30 to 42% for hardwoods or from 68 to 55% of fibers with a length of 0.5-1.5 mm and from 32 to 45% of fibers with a length of more than 1.5 mm for softwoods, followed by applying to the surface of the fluffed layer 1.5-2.0% of an aqueous solution of glycerin at a ratio of the volume of an aqueous solution of glycerin to the volume of the fluffed layer 1:13-16, respectively, using a spray with an angle of inclination when spraying 90°, drying at a pressure of 1.0-2.0 atm for 3-7 minutes at a temperature of 103-107°C with a uniform migration of the glycerol solution over the entire volume of the sample to 5-7% humidity.

EFFECT: technical result of the claimed invention is obtaining a fluffed material with no impurities, maintaining the increased whiteness of the product, reducing density, with increased moisture absorption for use in disposable hygiene products.
