FIELD: timber, pulp and paper industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the forest and pulp and paper industry and can be used to produce fluffed pulp from coniferous and deciduous wood for the production of single-use hygiene products: paper towels, toilet paper. The method is carried out by using cellulose from deciduous or coniferous species bleached in one stage with humidity of 15-20%, which is crushed by dissolving the cellulose web aerodynamically for 20-30 seconds into a combination of fibers 0.5-1.5 mm long from 50 to 64% and fibers more than 1.5 mm long from 50 to 36% for deciduous species or from 55 to 68% fibers 0.5-1.5 mm long and from 45 to 32% fibers more than 1.5 mm long for coniferous species, followed by drying to 5-7% humidity.
EFFECT: technical result of the claimed invention is obtaining a fluffed material with no impurities, maintaining the increased whiteness of the product, with a reduced density for use in disposable hygiene products while maintaining strength.
