SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to gynecology, and is intended for the diagnosis of external genital endometriosis. In the blood plasma, the number of microvesicles of leukocyte origin with the CD54+CD14+ phenotype is determined. With their content of 5.22% and above, external genital endometriosis is diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention provides an expansion of the arsenal of tools, an increase in the specificity and accuracy of early non-invasive diagnosis of external genital endometriosis.
