FIELD: liquids evaporation devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device that provides intensive evaporation of liquids without the supply of heat in a vacuum. This invention can be applied in various technological processes involving the evaporation of complex and homogeneous liquids. The rotary percussion evaporator consists of a sealed evaporation chamber, a liquid supply line with a supply valve, through which the initial liquid is supplied to a nozzle device installed on the evaporation chamber, controlled by a dispenser, a device for collecting steam generated in the evaporation chamber, connected to a device for pumping steam, creating a predetermined vacuum in the evaporation chamber, the outlet steam line, as well as the storage of non-evaporated liquid connected to the outlet liquid line with the outlet valve. The nozzle device provides spray of the initial liquid at a predetermined low flow rate in a predetermined direction. An accelerating disk is installed in the evaporation chamber, rotating on a shaft introduced into the evaporation chamber through a seal and driven by a drive. Directed to the upper surface of the accelerating disc at an acute angle, opposite to rotation, the droplet jet from the nozzle device experiences an impact, leading to the formation of a dynamic film of liquid, which moves under the influence of centrifugal forces and friction forces with acceleration along the surface of the accelerating disc to its edge; breaks off this edge; undergoes a repeated impact from the side of the inner surface of the evaporation chamber and forms a secondary dynamic film on it. This leads to intense crushing and evaporation of the liquid. The evaporation chamber contains a hollow sealed central body with a passage channel for steam formed in the evaporation chamber, providing steam supply to the steam intake device due to the ejection generated by the lower part of the accelerating disk.
EFFECT: evaporation of both complex and homogeneous liquids by an efficient evaporator without heat supply, simplicity of design and manufacture.
