FIELD: equipment used in baking and confectionery industry for baking of wafer articles and semi-finished products, in particular, baking apparatuses which may be used in small-scale enterprises.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has frame with detachable mold composed of upper and lower halves comprising upper and lower dies and heating members, dosing device, dough vessel, and control unit. Upper and lower mold halves are connected through side planks with rotation unit for angular opening thereof. Upper die, balancing device and handle with movable part of locking mechanism are attached to upper side planks. Lower die with mated part of locking mechanism, front and rear plates with adjustable vapor discharge channels are attached to lower side planks. Protective vapor baffles are secured to upper die. Heating members are secured with baffling sheets to upper and lower dies and are closed with layer of heat-insulating material and housings. Dosing device is fixed on filling mechanism attached to frame for displacement of dough vessel to lower die.
EFFECT: reduced costs for manufacturing of baking apparatus and enhanced reliability in operation.
