SUBSTANCE: invention discloses an apparatus for secondary positioning of a high-precision mobile robot and relates to the field of industrial robotics technology. The apparatus allows for interaction with the improved chassis of an industrial robot for the purpose of fast clamping and release of the chassis of the industrial robot, and includes the chassis of the industrial robot, a positioning apparatus, a clamping mechanism. The positioning apparatus executes full positioning of the industrial robot according to the principle of six-point positioning, and the clamping mechanism presses the chassis to the positioning surface of the positioning apparatus. The improved chassis of the industrial robot is equipped with a crankshaft corresponding to each clamping mechanism, the driving apparatus on the chassis rotates the crankshaft capable of causing the clamping mechanism to clamp, lock, or quickly release the chassis.

EFFECT: ensured positioning, clamping and locking of the robot during operation and increase in the rigidity and precision of the industrial robot.
