FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to biotechnology. Proposed is a recombinant secreted thermostable B-glucanase comprising the sequence of the coding portion of the B-glucanase gene of family 12 from the Thielavia terrestris strain RNCIM F-144 and having the sequence SEQ ID NO 2. Also proposed is a recombinant strain of the yeast Pichia pastoris RNCIM Y-4850, producing the above B-glucanase and obtained by introducing the coding part of the B-glucanase gene from the Thielavia terrestris strain RNCIM F-144 corresponding to the sequence SEQ ID NO 1 in the recipient strain X33 of Pichia pastoris the composition of the plasmid pPIC-ThiTeEgh12. Also proposed is a method for microbiological synthesis of the above B-glucanase, providing for the cultivation of the Pichia pastoris RNCIM Y-4850 strain under aerobic conditions in a suitable nutrient medium with periodic addition as an inducer of methanol until the maximum accumulation of the target product.
EFFECT: invention provides an expansion of the arsenal of recombinant B-glucanases, producer strains and methods of microbiological synthesis of recombinant B-glucanases.
