SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a recombinant yeast strain Pichia pastoris VKPM Y-5148, which produces a secreted mutant xyloglucanase AsCeGH12b-mut encoded by a mutant gene corresponding to SEQ ID NO 1. Also disclosed is a method for microbiological synthesis of recombinant mutant xyloglucanase AsCeGH12b-mut, encoded by a mutant gene corresponding to SEQ ID NO 1, using said strain.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain thermostable mutant xyloglucanase AsCeGH12b-mut with a high level of production, the use of which provides effective reduction of viscosity of xyloglucan solutions.
