SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, genetic engineering and biotechnology, in particular, to strain Pichia pastoris VKPM Y-4269. This is a producer of secreted thermostable xyloglucanase of GH74 class. Said xyloglucanase encoded by synthetic gene corresponding to SEQ ID NO 1. Present invention also relates to a method for microbiological synthesis of xyloglucanase. Above method involves culturing a recombinant microorganisms, containing gene xyloglucanase, in aerobic conditions in a nutrient medium to maximum accumulation of the end product. This nutritional medium includes sources of carbon, nitrogen and mineral additives. Above method is characterised by that is as a producer is used a recombinant strain Pichia pastoris VKPM Y-4269.
EFFECT: present invention enables to obtain secretable thermostable xyloglucanase of class GH74 with high output and purity.
