FIELD: packaging.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of manufacture of packaging with increased barrier properties and a possibility of sealing using a modified gaseous medium for food and non-food products containing or releasing fats and moisture. The method for manufacturing a package made of a flat blank of a forming material consisting of a flat sheet of a frame pulp and paper material, containing side walls and a flange, consists in applying a laminated inner coating onto the flat sheet and forming the package on assembly into a volumetric container along the folding lines. Prior to applying the inner coating onto the sheet, material is removed from the sheet to form windows. The laminated layer is attached to the surface of the flat material together with the windows to create a freely lying inner coating – a membrane – not attached to the flat material at the locations of the windows. The end is then isolated by twisting the membrane followed by fusing at the sites of junction of the walls and the flange in a thermoforming machine.
EFFECT: invention ensures manufacture of a package without deformation of the material (folding), including in the upper part of the package, due to the absence of a part of the base material, contributing to the sealing capacity and safety thereof.
