SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to colorectal surgery, oncology. A lifting of the mucous membrane is created by introducing a hyperosmolar solution with indigocarmine into the submucosal layer. A fringing incision of the mucous membrane with dissection in the submucosal layer from 40 to 60% of the total area of the formation is performed. Fixation is performed with an X-shaped latex elastic band, which is made of two segments of 3 cm connected to each other at an angle of 90 degrees, 1 mm thick with rounded holes with a diameter of 1.5 mm, with its fixation using clips to the proximal and distal edges of the tumor during the first stage. The second stage is performed one day later. The fibrin layer covering the resection bed is removed. An X-shaped rubber band made of latex is fixed to the wall opposite to the formation. A 0.4% solution of sodium hyaluronate with the addition of a 0.4% solution of indigocarmine is added to raise the mucous membrane of the remaining part of the formation. The dissection in the submucosal layer is completed with the removal of the formation in a single block.

EFFECT: method improves the view and access to the submucosal layer, reduces the time of surgery, reduces the risk of intraoperative complications, makes it possible to perform surgery with medium and large formations, master dissection with technical difficulties of the operation, insufficient level of expert skills and the absence of endoscopists with the necessary experience at the department.
