FIELD: medicine; endoscopic surgery; coloproctology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for endoscopic removal of large benign colon growths. After injection into the submucosal layer of the tumor, a colloidal solution stained with indigo carmine, bordering incision of intact mucous membrane around new growth is performed with indent from its edge. Endoscopic loop is passed through the instrument channel of the endoscope and placing it in the most proximal point of the mucosal incision so that the angle of the loop and one of its lateral arches are immersed in the previously made incision. Most proximal tumor fragment is resected. Similarly, the entire tumor is sequentially removed within the previously marked resection boundaries.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to radically remove a colon tumor and reduce the number of such intraoperative complications as perforation, bleeding, post-coagulation syndrome, reducing the number of recurrences due to improved visualization of the lateral resection edge.
