FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to endoscopy and surgery. A mixture of a gelatin solution and an 0.4% indigo carmine solution is injected submucosally around the mass using an endoscopic injector through the channel of an endoscopic knife. Prior to injecting, a Haemoblock solution is added to the mixture for submucosal injection, and the components of the mixture are taken in the proportion of 1:2:0.04 to 0.07 of the Haemoblock solution, the gelatin solution, and the indigo carmine solution, respectively. The injection is conducted through an endoscopic injection needle with a diameter of 25 G and a length of 4 mm, making injections around the mass at every 7 to 8 mm. At least 3 punctures are made, and 3 to 4 ml is injected through each puncture at a distance of 3 to 5 mm from the mass.
EFFECT: increase in the stability, safety and visual clarity of lifting of tissues of hollow organs due to the created time-prolonged comfortable operating field in the manipulation area, contributing, in turn, to the increase in the effectiveness of endoscopic surgical interventions and minimising the possibility of complications.
