FIELD: kitchen equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to kitchen equipment, in particular to coffee mills, which can be used for shredding beans of vegetable origin, suitable for use in the preparation of beverages. The shredder contains a shredding chamber formed by the first cylindrical wall passing between the bottom and the top of the chamber, a pair of opposite shredding discs located in the shredding chamber, at least one of which is made with the possibility of rotation, an electric engine for rotating the shredding disc, a hopper for loading beans for shredding them in the shredding chamber, an output channel for unloading the shredded product from the specified chamber, the first cooling channel passing around the specified first cylindrical wall between the first inlet and the first outlet, a temperature sensor, located in the first cooling channel, the first tubular circuit, which is in hydraulic connection to the specified first cooling channel, and which is filled with cooling liquid flowing through it. The first tubular circuit contains a motor pump to ensure the circulation of cooling liquid in the specified first tubular circuit and in the specified first cooling channel, heat removal means, at least one valve, an electronic control unit for activating the specified motor pump and switching on the specified heat removal means in accordance with the temperature value perceived by the specified temperature sensor. The first cooling channel passing around the specified cylindrical wall is formed inside a wall body, while the first cooling channel includes a number of pairs of longitudinal cavities formed inside the cylindrical wall, interconnected by circumferential passages and separated by longitudinal ribs. Circumferential passages are closed with plate elements with seals.
EFFECT: shredder allows one to remove generated heat without having to use without needing the electric engine to drive the shredding disc into rotation or control the dosing of a coffee portion.
