FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mincers of mineral organic stock and may be used in feed mill industry. Proposed mixer may operate in three operating conditions and comprises housing 1 with cylindrical chamber 2 closed by face covers 3, 4 and provided with openings 5, 6. Stock feed openings 6 is arranged atop the housing while product discharge opening 6 is arranged at housing bottom and closed by screen 7. Cylindrical chamber 2 houses drive and driven working members 8 and 9 with mincing teeth that make a gearing. Drive working member 8 is made up of gear shaft with outer teeth 10 in quantity Z1 varying from four to six and arranged eccentrically relative to driven working member 9 at bottom of cylindrical chamber 2. Driven working member 9 is made up of hollow cylinder with openings 11 arranged regularly along its edges and is provided with teeth 12 formed by lateral surfaces of adjacent openings 11. Note here that the number of driven working member teeth Z2 exceeds that of drive working member Z1, while difference between Z and Z1 varies from three to six teeth. Driven working element 9 is mounted on six support rollers 13 arranged in housing 1 fitted on support plate 17 accommodating bearing supports 18 wherein gear shaft 8 runs. Cylindrical insert 19 with cylindrical recess 20 for member 8 is arranged inside driven working member 9. Product discharge opening 6 is arranged deflected from bottom of chamber 2 in direction opposite the rotation of member 9 and features angular size constraints. Besides, channels 21 are made in cylindrical inserts 19 and housing 1 for heat carrier of thermal stabilisation system.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality.
