FIELD: ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Phacoemulsification (PE) and intraocular lens (IOL) implantation are performed. A monofocal IOL is implanted with a view to residual myopia -2.0 diopters, and after 2-3 months, a laser refractive operation is performed using the ReLEX SMILE method with correction of astigmatism and myopia. An astigmatic neutral micro-incision with a length of 1.5 mm is made, located at a distance of 2 mm from the keratotomy incision for PE, with the diameter of the optical zone of the lenticula in accordance with the diameter of the pupil in mesopic conditions, the energy of a femtolaser pulse of 145 nJ with a distance between pulses equal to the diameter of the laser spot, component for the anterior and posterior surfaces of the lenticulum - 4.5 mcm, for the peripheral zone of the lenticula - 1.5 mcm. During docking, preliminary marking of the horizontal axis is performed and the cone M is used.
EFFECT: method provides fast restoration of stable high visual acuity in distance, eliminates astigmatism, including surgery-induced one.
