FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method involves microarc oxidation (MO) in electrolyte in a sealed vessel by creation of potential difference between the treated parts as an anode and the housing of sealed vessel as a cathode with initiation of anode plasma discharges; at the first stage, MO is carried out at overpressure in gas part of volume of the sealed vessel of more than 105 at. by gas introduction; at that, partial gas pressure is created considering their solubility in electrolyte, and at the second stage, cathode modifying agent in the form of rhutenium oxide powder with the fraction size in nanosized range of 20 to 40 nm is added to electrolyte; note that MO is carried out at pressure of 1-2 at.
EFFECT: increasing corrosion resistance, reducing electric resistance owing to increasing the porosity at the first stage and electrospark doping at the second stage so that uniform coating is provided.
