FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of transport and can be used in the maintenance and/or repair of undercarriage equipment and/or parts of the rolling stock. The lift for maintenance and/or repair of undercarriage equipment and/or parts of the rolling stock contains a main frame, a running gear for moving the main frame, a platform. A lifting mechanism and a unit for controlling the lifting mechanism are installed on the main frame. The lifting mechanism is designed to move the platform in a vertical position. At least one guardrail is installed on the platform removably or in such a way as to ensure the possibility of its movement from a horizontal position to a vertical position and fixation in the selected position.
EFFECT: reduced time for maintenance and/or repair of undercarriage equipment and/or parts of rolling stock while increasing the safety of the device and ease of use.
