FIELD: radiation protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a radiation protection screen designed to protect an operator from the effect of ionizing radiation. The screen contains a front wall, a side wall. Composite walls are connected to each other by means of a vertically installed mounting angle. The front composite wall contains a lower part and an upper part made with the possibility of moving relatively to each other. The upper part of the mentioned front wall contains a support lever installed on a mounting angle with the possibility of rotation around the axis of a hinge joint. One panel is installed movably on the mentioned support lever with the possibility of its progressive displacement in the horizontal direction.
EFFECT: invention allows the operator, located in the area protected by the screen, to perform any manipulations with his hands in the area not protected by the screen.
