FIELD: pipelines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline fittings, in particular, to switching apparatuses of safety valves, and is intended for the petroleum and gas processing, petroleum and gas production, petrochemical and gas branches of industry in conditions of moderate, cold, moderately cold and tropical climates. The safety valve unit with switching apparatuses constitutes a complex system of pipeline fittings consisting of two safety valves with equal throughput capacity and two switching apparatuses, wherein one of said apparatuses is installed at the inlet of the safety valves and comprises a central branch pipe for the discharge products and two side branch pipes connected with the inlets of the safety valves. The other switching apparatus is installed at the outlet of the safety valves. It contains a body with a central branch pipe for the discharge product and two side branch pipes connected with the outlets of the safety valves. The switching apparatuses therein are interconnected by a universal transmission for synchronous control of the main apparatus. The flywheel of the switching apparatus at the inlet serves to switch between the backup and working safety spring valves, configured to simultaneously move the slide valves of both switching apparatuses and connect the backup safety spring valve and disconnect the working safety spring valve. The flywheel of the switching apparatus at the input is connected with the universal transmission transmitting rotation to the drive apparatus of the switching apparatus at the output. The switching apparatus at the output includes a body with one output and two input channels, a gate assembly consisting of two seats and a slide valve connected with a spindle, and a drive apparatus containing a synchronisation mechanism at the output, consisting of three disks: a key disk, an intermediate disk, and a toothed disk, and compensating for desynchronisation of movement of the slide valve.
EFFECT: technical result whereat the invention is aimed consists in creating an improved safety valve unit.
