FIELD: pipeline fittings.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline fittings, in particular to devices that protect the pipeline from overpressure. The switching device of the safety valve block contains two three-way ball valves, which are rigidly connected to each other by a separating insert, inside which a worm gear is mounted. The stems of three-way ball valves are interconnected by a coupling by means of internal keyed connections. The fastening of the coupling with the worm gear is provided by means of an external key connection. The side flanges of the lower three-way ball valve are connected by flange connections to the inlets of the safety valves through the corner transitions and the lower bleed rings, on the latter of which wedge gate valves are mounted by means of threaded connections, and the side flanges of the upper three-way ball valve are connected by flange connections to the outlets of the safety valves through the upper bleed rings , on which, by means of threaded connections, two equalizing lines are mounted in a vertical plane, the upper ones - for the selection of the technological medium discharged from the safety valves, the lower ones - to ensure automatic supply of a liquid that prevents hydrate formation.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving reliability.
