FIELD: electric power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric power industry for diagnostics of the parameters of the current-carrying wire. The effect is achieved by taking into account the dynamic processes of changing the controlled variables, determining the sag, amplitude and axis of vibrations of the wires and generating warning signals in real time while the operating parameters of the wires of overhead power lines approach the limit values based on preliminary data processing and changing the polling frequency of the sensors when approaching to the limit values. The device contains acceleration sensors, wire and ambient air temperatures, solar radiation, current transformers in the phase of the power line, a concentrator, a transceiver with an antenna, a phase identifier, comparison units, a controlled timer, polling frequency clamps, scaling amplifiers, multipliers, summation units, correctors for summation, blocks for calculating radicals, temperature register taking into account the dynamics of processes, delay registers, blocks of the dynamics accounting factor, registers for fixing wire breaks, blocks of smoothing coefficients, calculating the departure angle, setters of the permissible current value, temperature, angle of departure, sag arrow, wire vibration amplitude, control supply voltage.
EFFECT: invention increases data reliability and generating alerts in real time.
