FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to the designs of high-voltage insulators used in conditions of high mechanical loads in high-voltage power lines. An isolator with a module for remote monitoring of an overhead power line contains a split transformer, a rectifier and a power stabilizer, sets of the highest and lowest permissible currents, comparison blocks, an initialization block for emergency and cyclic transmissions, memory blocks for variables and data transmission over a cellular and radio communication network, a set for transmission cycles, blocks of selection of the constant component of the load, blocks of smoothing, scaling amplifiers, combiner and integral icing adjuster, integrators of “dance” and wire vibration, memory of accumulated fatigue during “dance” and wire vibration, accumulated fatigue combiner, block of settings for icing, “dance” and wire vibration frequencies.
EFFECT: invention provides monitoring of overhead power lines, detection of increased load on the insulator and the manifestation of the frequency of vibration of the wire.
