SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electricity. The device contains measuring modules installed on each phase of the power line. Each module contains a set of sensors, a current transformer, value generators, comparison units, accelerometers along three axes relative to the wire, filters for vibration isolation and "dance" of wires, memory blocks, a phase identifier, a support monitoring module with a support drop sensor and accelerometers along three axes relative to supports, blocks for fixing the maximum inclination of the support, primary filtering of accelerations, forcing blocks, acceleration dividers, tunable bandpass filters, blocks for fixing impact. The module for data collection and primary diagnostics contains registers of phase currents, adders, blocks of current difference, pre-emergency monitoring setters, correctors for assessing ice formation, vibration amplitudes along the axes, vibration amplitudes adder, emergency deviation level generators, warnings for the amplitude and angle of oscillations, shock fixation and warnings for mechanical stress, arctangent calculation units, high-voltage line support identifier, hubs with transceivers for communication between modules and the dispatch center of the power supply organization.
