SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely urology. An incision is made near the external opening of the urethra, departing 0.5 cm from the meatus, mobilization of the external opening of the urethra for 2.0 cm with a longitudinal dissection of the tissues at 12 hours of the conventional dial in the direction of the clitoris and fixing the external opening of the urethra. In this case, the incision near the external opening of the urethra and its mobilization is carried out only along the upper semicircle of the external opening of the urethra with the extension of the incision to the anterior wall of the vagina in the form of parallel lines for 2.0 cm. Urethrohymenal adhesions are excised. Fixation of the distal urethra is carried out with two-row interrupted sutures made of absorbable suture material, with the first row of sutures fixing the paraurethral tissues to the urethra with the capture of the wall through all layers, excluding the mucous membrane.

EFFECT: method allows increasing the reliability of fixation of the distal urethra, to reduce the risk of recurrence of postcoital cystitis after surgical treatment of vestibulo-vaginal dystopia of the urethra, to reduce trauma to the paraurethral tissues, to shorten the duration of the postoperative rehabilitation period of patients.
