FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to urology and gynecology. Distal urethra is separated to form a submucosal tunnel from the clitoris to an external opening of the urethra. Distal portion of the urethra is moved under the legs of the clitoris and fixed beyond the edges of the opening with subsequent recovery of vaginal integrity. Urethra is separated throughout, the submucosal tunnel is formed with a length of more than 3.0 but not more than 3.5 cm. If the vaginal integrity is restored, the first two sutures are performed by grasping the posterior wall of the urethra through all the layers excluding the mucosa.
EFFECT: method enables providing more reliable fixation of the urethra, preventing the displacement of its distal segment and its separation from the fixation point, reducing the risk of recurrent hypermobility and vaginal ectopia of urethra, as well as reducing the length of the urethral catheter installation.
