FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynaecology and urology. Preparation of reticulated hyaluronic acid is introduced in the lower one-third of the anterior vaginal wall in a projection of the urethra in a fan-shaped manner from one point located at 6 o'clock in amount of 1–2 ml. Augmented tissues are manually moved towards the clitoris. In addition, the preparation is introduced at the middle of the distance between the clitoris and the upper edge of the external urethral opening in amount of 0.5–1 ml. Hygienic tampon is inserted into vagina for 8 hours.
EFFECT: method provides prolonged non-recurrent postcoital cystitis with underlying urethral hypospadias, with underlying restoration of anatomical relationships of external urethral opening in relation to anterior vaginal wall.
