SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering. The power supply circuit includes a voltage boost circuit (300), a battery IC (100), and a controller. According to the invention, the output voltage of the battery can be increased when the temperature is relatively low and/or the output voltage of the battery is relatively low. In addition, when a relatively high surge current occurs at the terminal and the output voltage of the voltage boosting circuit (300) is lowered, the battery IC and the boosting circuit are controlled to increase the supply current to both supply power to the load.
EFFECT: prevention of emergency power outage to the terminal device or restart of the terminal device.
